By accessing or using StatementCleaner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StatementCleaner provides an automated optical character recognition and financial document structure parsing software utility to extract transaction records from PDF and image files into standardized formats including Excel, CSV, and QuickBooks.

3. User Responsibilities and Data Ownership

You warrant that you possess the lawful authorization and rights to parse and process any financial documents uploaded to the platform. StatementCleaner does not claim any ownership over user submitted documents or exported tabular data.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions and pay as you go credit bundles are billed via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel recurring monthly plans at any time directly through your customer billing portal. Credit packs remain valid with no expiration date.

5. Limitation of Liability

While StatementCleaner employs advanced AI models with mathematical validation, automated OCR outputs should always be reviewed by a human professional prior to final tax filing or regulatory submission. The Service is provided as is without warranty of any kind.
